I’ve compiled and installed the H.264 library on the server side (Ubuntu 14). It works ok using resolutions up to 1920×1080, but when I changed resolution to the 2560×1440 NX switched to VP8 codec instead of h264. Here is the log:

    Info: Using H.264 software encoder.

Info: Audio reader running with pid 29291.

Info: Audio reader running with pid 29292.

    26919 29240 00:51:05 200.007 ParentLock: WARNING! Trying again after 10 Ms.

    26919 29240 00:51:09 681.506 ParentLock: WARNING! Trying again after 10 Ms.

    Info: Using screen size 2560×1440.

    Info: Using Vp8 software encoder.
    Any hints?

Resolutions greater than 1929×1080 were disabled because on some cards we observed graphical artifacts. On the client side you are using Windows, so what you can do is install the FFMPEG libraries. The relevant article for how to set up the client with H.264 decoding libraries is here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR10K00696. Let us know how you get on.
