I am attempting to get NX running on an Amazon cloud VM running Windows 10 using the latest NX (5.1.54_1). I have a screen resolution problem. If i connect to the VM using Remote Desktop, the screen resolution matches my monitor (currently 1600×900). However, if i connect to the Amazon VM using NX, the screen resolution can only be set to a max of 1280×1084. I have the option set for “Match the screen resolution of the client when connecting”. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi,

There is unfortunately nothing we can do about your problem. NoMachine only allows setting resolutions supported by the graphic adapter. In other words, if a resolution is not listed in the Windows display settings menu, it will not be available for NoMachine either.

Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
