NoMachine is not seeing any existing sessions

I have ran into an issue using NoMachine on my Windows 7 laptop, If I disconnect from the Linux VM turn off the laptop.

When I go onto the laptop to start working it will not find any existing sessions and create a new session.

I have the same connection on a Windows 10 machine and it works fine, it will join the existing session.

On the VM we use eclipse and if there is already a session of eclipse running in the previous session and NoMachine client creates a new session, eclipse will not open and complains that it is already running but I am not able to access it.

 

Any ideas?

I have already tried to delete the connection, uninstall (reboot) reinstall (reboot) recreate the connection, update and I am still unable to join an existing session.

Please tell us what product from NoMachine and its version you have installed on the Linux host. Two screenshots showing what you see when you connect from the Windows 7 and what you see from the Windows 10 machine would be useful.
