Having issues with display when connecting client to Linux Server

I am having trouble with my NoMachine client display, logs show that I am connected, but I have a white box on my NoMachine client screen that states I am connected, but I cannot see activities, terminal or anything other than the peel that shows I can connect input mic display etc.

NoMachine client (windows) connecting to Linux RedHat 7 both are version 6

Are you reproducing the problem every time? Which NoMachine package is installed on the server host? Is it a connection to physical or virtual session?

If possible, can you reproduce problem, and then compress /usr/NX/var/log/node (you need be root to do this) on the server and ~/.nx from the client side and send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com?
