Can’t login from remote site (outside home network)

Hi from a newbie.

Just installed NM on Windows, Mac and Linux, plus 2 mobile (Android, iPad).

Everything works perfectly within my network.

Away from home I receive error 110.

Maybe I type in my ip address incorrectly, it is:

“24.203.96.xx”

Do I type just that or the additional “:25520” for example?

Did you follow the instructions in the Getting Started Guide? See Fig. 13:
https://www.nomachine.com/getting-started-with-nomachine

You need to put the hostname in the first field (‘host’), and then in the second field (‘port’) put the port number you have mentioned in your example (25520).

Did you take the IP address and port number from the Welcome panel on the host you want to access as you can see in Fig. 10?
