Why is there an “nx” user on my machine?

I just tried to enable Filevault on my laptop (late 2019 MacBook Pro, Catalina 10.15.3) and part of the process involved entering the password for the user account named “nx” (and I have no idea what that password is). How come NoMachine needed to create another user account on my machine instead of using some other way to go about it’s business. Apparently I can set (or reset) the password for the nx account – if I do that will I break something in NoMachine’s operation?

I guess the link provides the reason NoMachine need that account, but it doesn’t provide any insight into the issue I have in trying to get filevault up and running. Any ideas about that?

You don’t have to enable this option for nx user. User nx is created without password but this command from a terminal:
sudo dscl . -create /Users/nx AuthenticationAuthority ";SecureToken;" will add this user to filevault and avoid problems with the passwords.
