    Dear Support,
    please help me solving this problem. NoMachine used to work perfectly fine for me, however I have not been using it for some time. Now I cannot open session, authentication succeeds but I only see a white blank screen.
    Both server and client are Ubuntu 18.04, the server has recently been protected with ‘pbis-open’. I am connected over VPN (Cisco Any connect). Server & client v. 6.9.2.

    Hello. Is that a virtual machine? Or is the NVIDIA proprietary driver installed?

    Dear Support,

    On the server side Intel Corporation Xeon E3-1200 v2/3rd Gen Core processor Graphics Controller (rev 09) is installed, with no proprietary drivers.
    On the client side I have an Intel graphics with no proprietary drivers.
    Both are running on bare hardware.

    May I ask you to reproduce using a debug library, gathering server logs and send to forum (at) nomachine (dot) com ?

    From the logs it fails at an early stage. Is any monitor attached to the video output of the server? Or is it run headless?
