Licensing prices and expiration

Hi ,

I’m bit confused about the prices like $124 per workstation . Are the license prices listed on website one time cost or per year costs ?. Do we need to pay after 1 year only if we want to take support or the license expires after 1 year ?

Can someone explain it to me ?
