Win 7 server, !M ver 4.2.19, "no available sessions on this server"

Hello,

I have recently installed NoMachine free version 4.2.19 on a Windows 7 Home Premium machne, and I am trying to connect to it from a Linux client (Kubuntu 13.10) running NoMachine free version 4.2.19-2. I can connect, but get the “no available sessions on this server” message.

 

For what it’s worth, the Linux client can connect to another linux host which is running NoMachine ver 3.x, and the Windows client can connect to the Linux server with no problems.

 

In searching the forums, I have seen this reported several times with ver 4.0.x, but the usual solution proposed, i.e. “upgrade to 4.1.x” doesn’t appliy here.  I will attach zip file of the server logs from …\var\log\ and from <user>\.nx\<session>

Status update:

I upgraded to 4.2.21 on the Win7 Home Premium machine, and after reboot was able to connect to the desktop from the Kubuntu machine (which is still running 4.2.19_2).  Looks like the problem described above, whatever it was, has been solved.
