Enterprise Windows Client login name

Hi

We have been testing the Enterprise workstation on our server.

I asked our colleague to download the Enterprise Windows client so she could test remote access to the server. She did but wrote back that it never asked for a login name. She sent a series of screen shots that showed filling out the machine name but no place for the login name.

Any suggestions?

Are you able to show us the screenshots? If they show sensitive information, please submit them to issues[at]nomachine[dot]com. Just so we have all the necessary information, you need to tell us what Windows version you are using on the client, and what is running on the Linux server. (I assume you are using the latest version: 4.2.21 of NoMachine software, both client and server).

Windows Client: Windows 7 Enterprise, Service Pack 1, NoMachine Client version is 4.2.21.

Server: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.3 (Santiago)

Gnome desktop

Please make sure you have updated both client and server installations to the latest version, and tell us if you are still having problems.
