Not enough space left – can’t connect

Last time, I got an error message whenever trying to connect to a server host because the disk was full.

I wanted to ask you if NoMachine could allocate the needed space for a session to prevent this “bug”.

With ssh, I cleared it without any issue at all.

Hi Babok,

thank you for your suggestion.

However, such a solution has a few drawbacks and it has to be evaluated carefully.  For example, the “space reservation” could use the last bytes left which could be critical for other applications. On top of that, is also difficult to predict the bytes needed and allocating many bytes might actually make the problem worse.
