Connection lost after entering GUI event loop

Hi there,

I am trying to set up NoMachine free on my work desktop, and connect to it from my personal computer. I need to connect over ssh as the desktop is behind a jump server. All computers are Linux.
I have got to the point where NoMachine connect successfully, but every time the connection closes immediately after entering the GUI event loop. The full session log on my personal device is shown below.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

What are you connecting to on the server side? You mentioned Linux, but not the NoMachine product. What distribution of Linux and what version? This would be useful information to have. Thanks!
