Error is 108: Connection reset by peer

Hi,

When trying to connect to a remote machine, I’m getting the error:

Could not connect to the server. Error is 108: Connection reset by peer.

Up until today, I was able to connect with no problems. Now, I keep getting this error, which pops up in an instant after clicking connect, which makes me suspect the problem is on my side. I have a Windows 10 OS. I won’t have access to the server machine in a few days, but I suspect the problem is on my side therefore I ask for your help. This only happens when trying to connect to this specific IP.

I understand that the computer you are connecting from is Windows 10. What NoMachine product installed on the server side? Are you the administrator of that machine? What OS is the server side?
