Whenever I try to connect to my KDE Wayland desktop from my android phone (Galaxy S23) I get a blank white screen for a few seconds then it disconnects

That is because I accidently selected the wrong connection profile on my android and backed out of it
Ill post a clean version later today
Here is the version of NoMachine I am using

July 26, 2023 at 08:40 #44969BritgirlKeymasterHi, thanks for the logs, we’ll be checking soon.
In the meantime, could you disable Wayland and use Xorg instead? Does it make a difference?
July 27, 2023 at 02:20 #44977zany130ParticipantYes works fine under x.
August 15, 2023 at 01:35 #45142August 16, 2023 at 09:08 #45145BritgirlKeymasterWe can reproduce it. The next release will include a fix for this white screen issue.
October 4, 2023 at 22:38 #45530xoepeParticipantThis is still an issue on 8.9.1
October 5, 2023 at 17:30 #45562fra81ModeratorHi,
we don’t reproduce in our lab with version 8.9.1. Can you make sure you have rebooted the system after updating NoMachine? Can you also confirm what is the distribution you are using on the server?
If that doesn’t help, please show us the output of the following commands:
sudo netstat -anlp | grep egl sudo getcap /usr/bin/kwin_wayland
Please also check if any of these files exist:
/usr/lib/plasma-sourceenv.sh /usr/lib/plasma-dbus-run-session-if-needed
October 5, 2023 at 19:25 #45564xoepeParticipantI am using archlinux with sway. I think most of these commands don’t apply to my situation since I am using Sway, but I do get the white screen with a disconnect. I used the ss version of the first command and got no output. My other issue I opened which has gotten no response is #45317
October 11, 2023 at 14:53 #45651BritgirlKeymasterThis is a for zany130. Version 8.9.1 should solve the problem for you.
