I have two machines that show the same issue. Both are physical machines (not virtual machines) and both have the same issue (I cannot resize windows. The issue is not (just) the cursor the window cannot be drag-sized from the corner, the right side or the bottom.
Both machines have generic (non modified) installs of Ubuntu 22.04.03 desktop. My client is running Ventura. I’m accepting all of the default connection options (no resizing etc).
