Applications won’t show up on taskbar

    Once I open a new application, it will not show up on the taskbar and if I minimize the window then it will disapear and I won’t be able to reopen the window.  I am using the newest version of NoMachine and using KDE.  The taskbar setting are set to show windows from all desktops but obviously this is not working.

    Are you connecting to a physical display or are you running a virtual KDE session? Or maybe are you starting a single application in a custom session and the taskbar you are talking about is the one on your local machine?

    Can you specify the local and the remote OS versions?
