Good afternoon, connected to a Mac from Windows, when trying to connect local Windows devices to the mac, it tries and then puts a red circle near the device.

I will provide everything I need, please help. My hair is about to start falling out from nerves. I need to connect an iPhone physical to a macOS virtual server.

    1. Windows – Main computer

    2. macOS Sonoma – Virtual Server

    Hi

Does it happen only with iPhone? Could you try sharing other usb device? Could you try sharing it from different machine?

I’ve plugged in every possible usb port, phones thumb drives, headphones, keyboard, mouse. And no, I don’t have another machine to test.

Hi, it’s not clear to us what you tried doing. Can you send us the NoMachine logs of both the Windows (client) and the Sonoma (server) machines?  You can extract them using the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243. There are 4 steps to follow. The fourth step is for the device you are connecting from.

Attach them here or send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Please use the title of this topic as the subject of your email. Thanks!
