NoMachine Forum - Can’t log into Win 11 PC from Mac, but can do reverse

Hi, I am on NM 8.14.2 in Win 11 machine and Mac (Sequoia)

I can log into my Mac with no issues but can’t get the Mac to log into Windows for the life of me.

It seems like it might be some sort of password error, but I can log into the machine alone with no problem.

Please help and any ideas!

Hi, can you enable debug and gather logs from the Windows machine? You can extract them using the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243. Enable debug, connect from Mac to the Windows server to reproduce the problem and then extract the logs.

It’s also useful to know whether user Emile is a user of domain or windows AD?
