Cannot connect USB device

I have Mac OS Yosemite and Windows 7. Want to connect usb device (iPhone) and an error “Failed to connect Device”. And show message “Export local USB device iPhone to the remote computer”

What can I do for this?

Hi.

We aren’t aware of such a problem with iPhone. We tested it on our labs  and everything works correctly.
To go further with this issue, can you tell us the version of NoMachine on both sides, detail version of both operating system, and the exact steps you take to connect your USB device?

I have 4.3.24 version on Mac OS Yosemite and 4.3.24 on Windows 7.

Connecting from Windows 7 to Mac OS and all is well, I can connect iPhone 6 (8.1)

On Windows7, go tosettings -device – connect the USB device and choose the iPhone.  After waiting a few seconds, I get the error message.

There may be a problem in iOS 8.1?

Not on iOS, the problem is with Yosemite. We have since managed to reproduce it, and a patch will be available in the next release.
