Authentication failed, please try again

I can’t change settings or even quit Nomachine player. I have edited permissions to the nxexec.exe, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing seems to work.

Do you see something like the attached when trying to make changes? It is strange that you can’t quit the Player. What message appears, if any, when trying to quit the Player from the system tray?

I have edited permissions to the nxexec.exe

What exactly did you do?
