Black screen when connecting to Mac

Hi there,

I got a black screen when I using Windows or iPhone to connect to my MAC. The version is 8.16.1 and all the permissions are given (Include “Screen & System Audio Recording”). Although the screen is black, but there is response when i operate in the dark. So please help me about that.

When you say “when using Windows”, which specific Windows version is it? What iOS and macOS versions do you reproduce it on?
