NoMachine not recognizing dual monitors

Greetings,

I’ve just installed NoMachine Server on a Pop!_OS COSMIC (Ubuntu 24.04 variant) which has two monitors.

Connecting to this machine with NoMachine from other machine on the network, I’m only able to see 1 monitor.

NoMachine was previously installed on this computer under Elementary OS =v7.1, (an Ubuntu 22.04 variant).

How can I get NoMachine server to recognize both monitors?

Greetings Chris,

Can you please check if your system recognizes correctly both monitors ? On the physical desktop, check the “xrandr -q” output from the terminal and please let us know what it is.

Another question: could it be that you have mirrored monitors ? Because in that case, it would be shown as one monitor.
