    Hello,

I am able to make a successful connection from Windows 11 to Rocky Linux Remote Host.

However, the performance is very poor, there is a few second delays between input actions.

After the connection is established, the remote host (local input) also becomes very unresponsive with a few seconds delay.

Both Windows 11 and Rocky Linux are running NoMachine 9.3.7, and both machines are on the same network.

As a comparison, I tried with two different Windows 11 client, same result.

But connection between two Windows machine is good, also connecting to Windows Host from Rocky Client is also good.

    In summary:

Rocky Linux Remote Host – Windows Client (bad performance, very laggy)

Windows 11 Remote Host – Windows 11 Client (Good performance)

Windows 11 Remote Host – Rocky Linux Client (Good performance)

    Affected Nomachine ver: 9.3.7

Attached log is taken fro Windows 11 Client when connected to Rocky Host.

Hi, thanks for the client side logs. Can you send us the logs from the server as well? You can get them through the UI on the Rocky server: Settings > Server > Security > Take logs, reproduce the problem first and then click Take logs.
