No Available Sessions Tip

Just passing along a tip when you get the message about no available sessions.  I have had an instance where a duplicate and empty line was put into the CFG file like this:

AvailableSessionTypes

… with no sessions specified.  If this is sitting below your regular line later in the file,  this will supersede that version and the clients will yield the error.   So check your files for this issue — it solved it for me.

Could you tell me, when did you get the empty AvailableSessionTypes problem, please?

Did you add the line yourself or did it happen during an update/installation process?

If you aren’t sure or if it happened during a setup, could you send the compressed log dir:

/usr/NX/var/log

to

forum[at]nomachine[dot]com
