Windows Server 2003 – Error code 100 behind firewall

Hi,

Our firewall doesn’t support NAT-PMP or UPnP.

After login, connection lost, error code 110 (time out). The log server-side says :
020.750 TcpListener/TcpListener: ERROR! Can’t bind the socket for proto ‘TCP’.
020.750 TcpListener/TcpListener: ERROR! In method ‘startTcp()’ context [B].
020.750 TcpListener/TcpListener: ERROR! Error is 100 ‘Address already in use’.

List of connections :
netstat -a | find /i “4000”
TCP    hostname:4000          fqdn.domain.:0                    Listening
TCP    hostname:4000          xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:34002       End of waiting  [client IP]

I tried :
– with no UPnP (server.cfg) : EnableUPnP none.
– without UDP

It seems to be normal the fqdn:0 but what does “port 0” mean ?
