Lost focus in windows of running applications

Hi,

Since a while, I encountered an issue with NX, I lose the window focus.

I use NX at my work with a laptop running on ubuntu 14.04, last version 5.0.47.

When I work at home, with my pc also running with ubuntu 14.04 same NX version, I launch NX to get back my session.

No problem at this point.

But at a random time (I didn’t notice a particular event), I can’t click to select another window or activate the menu.

If the focus is on firefox for ex, I can’t select another opened window. I can’t change desktop. I can’t click to logout. I can’t select the menu.

As if my mouse is not working, but I see the cursor moving, and I can do what I want in the window which has the focus (if focus on firefox, everything is normal inside it)

Do you hear something about this issue?

Hello Gregory,

it is possible that a modifier key got stuck. If that issue occurs again try to press and release all modifiers (right and left Ctrl, right and left Shift, right and left Alt, AltGr if exists) one by one and see if mouse comes back to normal.
