    Dear everyone,

is it possible to determine that any connection from inside LAN is using the NX protocol (port 4000) to connect to the server and any connection from outside LAN is only permitted via SSH protocol (port 22)?

    Thanks for future replies

We are working on feature that will allow such control, it should be released in one of the upcoming updates to 5.0. Right now this can be archived by using third party tools, for example firewall. Moving SSH access to NoMachine from default port 22 to custom one may help.

    Thanks reza,

sure, the firewall can do the job! Wasn’t thinking about that.

I already changed the SSH port, but noticed, that a connection via nx protocol was still possible, and thus my ssh connection with private key would have been kind of obsolete.
