    Hello,

I assume you have already tried to disable hardware encoding. Have you also tried to disable hardware decoding in the session menu on the client?

In order to narrow things down, can you try to add this line in the /usr/NX/etc/node.cfg file on the server:

    DisplayServerExtraOptions "-refinement 0"

Finally, please send both server and client side logs for further investigation. See https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243 for instructions. You can send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

    Hello,

Thank you! After I submitted my support ticket, I managed to resolve the issue by enabling the “Disable client-side hardware decoding” option.

I would also like to mention a minor glitch. On the main window, when you right-click on a client machine, the selection marker rapidly moves up and down at a high frequency. However, if you press the up, down, left, or right arrow keys, the issue seems to disappear. Unfortunately, when you close and reopen the window, the glitch reappears until you press the arrow keys again.

In the attached image, the problem is highlighted within the blue rectangle.

Aside from this, everything appears to be working fine now, and I’m happy with the app! 🙂

    Regards,

    Gabor

Can we exclude ghosts? 🙂 Can you please confirm if you’ve this popup issue on the client host, or in a NoMachine client running inside a NoMachine session? Also, in the former case, what is the Linux distribution version? Kernel version is important, but since we’ve to try to get a configuration as close as possible to the one you use, it is way better if we start from your same distro version.

    Hello!

Thank you for the response. At the moment I am not able to reproduce the pop up issue.

BTW it happened on the server machine not the client I connect to. It is now disappeared on server nomachine, and both working fine.

If it happens again  I will update the issue with more details. Thank you.
