    Hi,

Love your software and have been using it for many years.
Running current CachyOS with KDE Plasma and Wayland and running NoMachine v9.2.18-1.

After installing NoMachine on above computer, it forces AMD Radeon 780M iGPU to use software mode?
The only method to regain hardware acceleration is to completely remove NoMachine and then reboot.

Wayland is moving fast as default for many Linux distros.
Hope you can fix the above in an update, thank you

    Jesse

Hi, it looks very similar to this known issue:

    https://kb.nomachine.com/TR11W11619

Can you try the workaround there? We’d also be happy to take a look at the logs to check. Follow the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT08U00298#1.1 and send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Please use the title of this topic as the subject of your email.

If the logs confirm the exact same problem, we’ll send you a fix to try.

    Hi,

    Emailed logs to the forum.
I also tried the workaround and that solved the issue.
    Thanks!

Jesse, we confirm that your are experiencing the same bug as reported here: https://kb.nomachine.com/TR11W11619

The next maintenance will include the fix, so watch out for the 9.3 release.

I was having this issue as well (same OS, same GPU), and updating to 9.3 resolved it for me.

    Thanks!
