Cannot blank host screen in Windows 10 build

Hi,

I am a new user to NoMachine and am currently using Windows 10 19043.1586 Pro Edition. The blanking host screen feature does not function. Choosing this option on the host machine or on the remote machine does not cause the host screen to blank when remoting into it. This is a pretty essential feature for most people, I would think. Is there any plan to fix this problem soon? I have seen multiple people report the issue on these forums and it doesn’t appear there is much attention given to this problem.

Hello,

Due to changes in Windows API, we had to find an alternative solution based on a custom display driver.

We already opened a Trouble Report for this issue which you probably found linked in this forum assuming you’ve already searched as your post suggests. Maybe you already saw it? We are fully aware of the importance of having this feature and the solution will be released in version 8.
