Can’t create GNOME virtual desktop

    I thought I had successfully created a connection account. When I click on the “connect” button for that account, I am asked to choose from a series of virtual desktops. When I choose “Create a new GNOME virtual desktop”, I am brought to a new screen that says “Creating a new GNOME virtual desktop” that never actually opens a new GNOME virtual desktop (see image attached). Any help in creating a new GNOME virtual desktop would be much appreciated!

    Can you confirm what version and NoMachine products you have installed on both sides? Thanks.

    If the problem occurs when you are connecting to server 3.5.0, you need to contact the team via the website. The forums only deal with version 4 on server and client.
