    Can’t create NX user directory – install finished but cannot connect after reboot.

    The logs were refused so I suggest you send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

    Also, have you checked that the connections are enabled on the Windows machine that you are trying to access? See fig. 9 here: https://www.nomachine.com/DT11M00106#3.1.

    What dialog are you seeing when trying to connect? What are you connecting from? I.e what OS is the client computer and what product from NoMachine have you installed?
