Client host shows white screen when connecting to Jetson Orin (Ubuntu 20.04)

I have a Jetson Orin, after installing NoMachine Server on jetson Orin, a white screen is displayed after the client host connects remotely. Does NoMachine Server not support Jetson Orin or Ubuntu 20.04  on ARM devices?

Your device is headless, so it’s better to use a desktop environment such as xfce4 (or xubuntu-desktop).
In the Ubuntu image for Jetson boards, there is special remix of Gnome, but we don’t consider it stable enough. Xfce4 is much more lightweight and stable.

I’m working together with @zte-cbw on this issue. I’ve tried using xfce instead, but still got blank white screen after connected. What shall we do next to analyse the problem?

We do not have this particular model in our labs.  Please update to 8.8 on both client and server so that we can investigate further. It would be helpful if you send us the logs from an affected session. Please take a look at the following document for instructions on how to gather logs for Player and Server sides. Then submit them via email to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
