Connection issue

    I can ping to my Linux server but not being able to connect it with NoMachine. UPnP is enabled. How can I fix this?

    In order to help us investigate the issue, can you please send us server-side logs? You can follow the instructions in this article: Collect server and client logs manually

    Please send the logs directly to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com, adding the title of the topic in the email subject. Thanks!

    The problem was magically solved after I restarted my router. Thank you for your help!
