Could not access Raspberry Pi NoMachine from Android

I have installed NoMachine server on my raspberry pi. When I am starting the server then I am getting an IP address like:

nx://172.26.xxx.xxx:24000

Now when I am accessing this server from my android phone then two types of situations are there:

1. When raspberry pi and android phone are connected to the internet with the same broadband connection using wifi then raspberry pi is accessible from android phone.

2. When raspberry pi is connected to the internet with broadband and android phone is connected to the internet with mobile phone then raspberry pi is NOT connected through phone.

Can any one explain what is the problem in situation 2. Both are connected to Internet but using different network. So in this case why NoMachine server is not accessible?

Any help will be much appreciated.
