    Macbook air 13″ 2013

    I tried to connect to my Linux desktop it works but .. directly disconnected
    and tried from linux to connect to Mac and it works perfectly

    any idea ?

    Please more info :-).

    – NoMachine product and version on local and remote.
    – Remote Linux version (Ubuntu xyz, Mint x.y, etc.).
    – Desktop version (GNOME. KDE, whatever).

    it’s the free version on both machines
    the linux is ubuntu with unity

    you don’t say what version of Ubuntu you are using. I am using 12.10 and followed the advice about Unity here: https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00676.

    It worked for me.
