Error is 138: Connection timed out

I am trying to access my remote machine (which is Linux) from my Windows laptop. However i get this error if i try to connect to it from my home internet. If I try to connect it from elsewhere for example: by sharing my mobile internet via hotspot , there are no issues. The problem is only when i try to connect from my home internet connection.

please let me know what could be the issue.
