NoMachine version on local Windows 8: free 5.3.12
NoMachine version on remote Mac Sierra 10.12.6: free 5.3.12

I’m trying to share an iPhone device on local Windows to remote Mac. Getting error message “Failed to connect the device iPhone”. Note that I’m able to share an external USB drive successfully.

Based on other forum posts I updated nxusb.sh (on remote mac) to include my mac OS version 10.12.6:

Attached screenshot shows some additional information.

Is there anything else I need to do to be able to share an iPhone device? Thanks!

    Hello,

Unfortunately this workaround cannot help on Sierra.

On most recent versions, MacOSX implements a new way to manage USB devices
and the current version of NoMachine USB drivers is not suitable for that.

The new USB drivers, ready for Mac 10.11 and later, will be available with the
    incoming major version, NoMachine v.6.

This TR (https://www.nomachine.com/TR09M06042) is about your issue and you can subscribe to it. You will be notified when it will be fixed.

    Best regards.
