File download explorer window has no text

When downloading a file from the server (Asus Eeepc running LX 19.4 xfce) to the client (Acer Aspire running LM 19.3 xfce) the file explorer window is devoid of text. The NM version is 7.8.2. See the attached screenshots for detail.

Can anyone suggest a solution to this please?

An update to the above post, When downloading a file from the server (Asus desktop running LM 20.2 xfce) to the client (Acer Aspire running LM 19.3 xfce) the file explorer window has full text display and appears as standard Thunar.

We have reproduced this behaviour and opened a Trouble Report which you can monitor at this link:

A temporary workaround is to install Zenity or Kdialog in order to browse the file system.
