Hardware requirements for dual monitor

Hello

what hardware is needed to run with dual monitor.

I got an lubuntu PC 18.04 with 2 monitors on DVI connecting to an Win10 PC 64 bit

also with 2 monitors.

now I can select 2 monitors but then 1 screen in the middle of this 2 monitors is showing up

else when resizing is selected, both monitors are used  but the screen is then  distorted .
