How to clear/empty stored user password on connect login

Got a strange issue.

Before the update, I always connect to other device by manually typing in the password.

I had never wanted the login info saved and that way the password entry was always left empty.

but for some reason now it starts auto-filling the password and it connects to the device so how do I clear the stored login info? (I don’t recall ever checking the box to save the login info)

I removed the cache .nxs file but didn’t help.

documents/NoMachine folder is empty.

Any idea on how to make it stop auto filling the password?

It’s possible that you have a nxs file in some other location which you forgot about.

From the Player, right click on the connection and select ‘Edit’. Click on “Reset saved preferences and password”.
