How to remotely fix osx screen upside down issue after update to Monterey

I am located very far from Mac Mini and unable to physically come and change permissions for NoMachine. After I updated OS X to Monterey I am unable to go past the first screen where menu items are shown upside down. See the screenshot. I have read other related posts but proposed solution includes physical interaction with Mac Mini to allow permissions for NoMachine.

How to do this interaction remotely?

Ended up ssh/vnc to to mac to enable permission for NoMachine and then only it all started to work, so if you only can use NoMachine then you will not be able to fix the problem which is fine as workaround is not difficult.
