I can use keyboard grabbing function of NoMachine in x11, sending super+hjkl to the remote i3wm, and using same keys for local i3wm.
When i trying Sway, this function does not work.
We’re working on supporting Wayland, natively without XWayland, but it’s not a priority at the moment, so don’t expect this very soon. By the way, the client runs on top of X, and as such it needs the compositor to support the keyboard grabbing on top of XWayland in order to work correctly. If this is not the case, then our keyboard grabbing can’t work.
