Lag in refresh with NoMachine 6.12.3 Kubuntu 16.04

Hi I’m connecting to a Linux machine running Kubuntu 16.04 and ever since I updated to NoMachine 6.12.3 I’ve noticed a significant lag in the keyboard input update. If I have a terminal open type a command say ‘ls -la’ and enter nothing will show until I press another key, like a space or another enter. I’m connecting to the linux box using a Windows.

What version did you update from? Has anything changed on your Linux host?

I think I resolved the issue, it appears that the nvidia driver got disabled (looks like  through a “sudo apt-get upgrade” and issues with package server location from nvidia  switching from http to https, https://github.com/NVIDIA/nvidia-docker/issues/571) so it was using the default graphics drivers. Seems better now, thanks for your time.
