    Hi,

Running Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon fully updated.

I have a problem with all of my remote operating systems:
When I first boot into any remote OS, the display does not update?

I have to click on the page curl on the top-right of the remote OS’s display,
then close that menu to go back to remote OS and then display is updated?

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot the above?
Happens on my Windows 11, macOS, and Windows 10 remote OS’s…

Hi, can you try disabling hardware decoding on the client machine that you are connecting from? See the article for further instructions making sure to set the appropriate key to “disabled”.

    Hi,

    Thanks for helping me.
I tried what you suggested above, but it did not solve my issues.
    Anything else to try?

Can you send us the client side logs (the device that you are connecting from)? Please take a look at step 4 in the instructions here,  https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243. We don’t need server side logs for the moment.
