Have downloaded & installed Free Linux 32 bit version of NoMachine for my Lubuntu Linux desktop. Friend has downloaded & installed Free Windows version of NoMachine for his Windows desktop. We both have the latest versions. We have been trying to connect over the internet for several evenings. No success, always “connection time-out”, error 110 for me, error 138 for him.

Is there some other software we need installed to make a remote connection? We both feel we have read & re-read your support document “Getting Started With NoMachine”

Thanks for that link reza. It is my friend who has the Windows machine and I will request he read this information also. I suppose the next step would be to attempt connection sans firewall which would be his call.
