    Hi

    I’m new to NX.

I’m using openSUSE linux and I want to connect to my PC desktop in my office while I’m at home.

I installed NX(nomachine_5.0.53_1) on my office PC,  but when I connect to it, the screen is unlocked on that pc and this is not good.

how should I configure nxserver to keep the screen of my pc locked, and I can connect to it? (For example, when you connect to windows using mstsc, its screen keeps locked and you can login into it via remote desktop)

    Please guide me

    Thanks

Locking the physical screen when somebody connects is a possible. This option doesn’t allow the local user to interact with the machine while somebody is connected.

    Please read the tutorial here:

Open Settings -> Connections preferences (at the bottom) -> Security -> Lock the physical screen when someone connects.
