Need help to set up NM between Windows 10 and MacOS

I have just installed the free version of NoMachine on a Windows 10 PC at my university.

I would like to access that machine with my macbookpro (MacOS Sequoia). NoMachine works perfectly from that laptop (I can access other machines fine).

I struggle to establish the connection with the PC though. Cannot seem to start the server (see snapshot – nothing happens when I click on ‘Start the server’). And when I try to get the logs:

Hi, the server is not running (the red button shows it’s stopped) and so the “Desktop shared” (bottom right) is also toggled off. Can you reboot the Windows host? Does the server then start?
