No available sessions on this server

Recently I updated NoMachine but also some other tools. So not too sure what part got me into the following.

I connect to the Windows 10 host; user/pass is entered and then it reports <no available sessions on this server>

So I removed the Enterprise Desktop; I downloaded the latest version; installed, placed the server & node license files

and restarted the whole.

The above is still reported.

To help us understand the problem, can you send us sever-side logs and we will queue them for investigation?

It looks like the installation is broken and there is no license file.
