No display and no mouse

I’ve repeated and checked: 4 distros: OpenSuSE 15.5, openSuSE tumbleweed, EndevourOS (aka arch) Lubuntu 23.04/10) 2 hardware Ryzen 7000 series

Server 8.10 desktop, client macOS and various linux

Run KDE Plasma on server, works normally

Run LXQT. When xscreensaver is active no desktop can be found on client.

With toolbar at bottom of display works normally

With toolbar at top of screen mouse <clicks> are not seen, even mouse-hover not seen.

Is any resolution possible?

We can’t reproduce this. Is disabling xscreensaver an option?

Are these physical machines?

Can you submit a couple of images showing this?

We released an update today, 8.11. Install that and then reproduce the problem.

all reported behaviour has changed eg no display after screen saver eg mouse click not been seen

In our tests everything works as expected. What we need from you:

1) server side logs whilst producing the

I think logs from server side would be needed.  Reproduce the problem and when you do reproduce,  don’t disconnect. Just tar the .nx folder on the Lubuntu server side and send to us.  Plus the player logs from that session on the connecting client side. How to do that is explained in the following document.

I have adopted other platforms until it worked.

Did your testing involve NUC running lxqt (every distro I tried)
